We are expanding our delivery network.

We currently deliver to over 285 000 postal codes in Quebec and Ontario. If your postal code is outside of our standard delivery network, please give us a call or use our chat tool to request a specific shipping quote. Toll free: 1-888-456-3269

Shipping costs

Our in-home delivery service is starting at 50$ for major urban areas within our delivery network. To calculate your exact shipping costs simply add a product to your cart and within the shopping cart enter your postal code to see your shipping cost.

If your postal code is outside of our standard delivery network, please give us a call or use our chat tool to request a specific shipping quote.

Delivery time

For products in stock your order will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready we will contact you to schedule the delivery date of your choice to your home or jobsite.

HOW IT WORKS

Confirm
your order

Once you have confirmed and completed your order through the shopping cart, you will receive an order confirmation email and our customer service team will contact you within the next 48 hours to coordinate the delivery of your order.

Schedule your
delivery date

Once your order is ready our delivery team will call you to schedule the date you want your products to be delivered.

One day before your scheduled delivery date, our delivery team will call to inform you of the delivery window. This is the three-hour period during which the delivery will be made.

Accept delivery at
your home

One hour before delivery, we will call to confirm your delivery is on the way. Be sure that either you or an adult 18 years of age or older is present to accept and sign the delivery. You must also ensure that the delivery team has safe access to your home, including an appropriate parking space, and that all obstacles, walkways and interior spaces have been cleared. If the delivery team cannot safely fit the merchandise through the passage you have cleared, the delivery will need to be rescheduled and a second delivery fee will apply.

Verify
your order

Make sure all the items listed on the packing slip have been received before the delivery team leaves.

Advise the delivery team if there are any items missing from your order, then note the missing items on the packing slip and contact the FloorBox customer service immediately.

FAQ

I live in a house. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?

They will be deposited in the first room immediately after the doorway. For example, if the delivery team is allowed entrance through a garage door, the items will be left in the garage. If the delivery team is let in through the front door, they will leave the boxes in the entrance immediately after the doorway.

Our standard delivery service does not include delivery into a specific room of the house. If you would like the items deposited in a specific room of your choice, you must request this service at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Additional fees for this service will apply.

I live in a condo/apartment. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?

Your shipment will be deposited in front of the first inside door to your building. If your building has an entryway with two doors, the items will be left before the second door in the entryway.

Our standard delivery service does not include delivery into a specific room of the house. If you would like the items deposited in a specific room of your choice, you must request this service at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Additional fees for this service will apply.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. However, additional fees will apply for changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

Can I choose my delivery window?

No, you cannot choose your three-hour delivery window, it will be assigned to you by our logistics agent.

What if no one is home when they try to deliver my order?

If no one is home to accept delivery, additional charges will be required for rescheduling your order.

Do I have to help lift or carry anything?

Definitely not! Our delivery team is responsible for unloading the truck and depositing your items inside.
