These blades are bevel ground on the top surface only to prevent the trimmer from rising and producing a fuller cut than desired. Install in the trimmer with the bevel side up. These blades produce an accurate height of cut which results in easier tucking of the carpet in the gully behind the tack strip. These blades come in a plastic box with a hinged lid that snaps closed for storage. Blade dimensions: length: 2.18", width: .75", thickness: .017".
