NXT Patch is a premium quality, fast-drying underlayment patch designed for use over most substrates. Cement-based formula is excellent for deep fills from 1/8” – 1-1/2” (3-38 mm) per lift.

  • Interior or exterior applications
  • Excellent bond strength
  • Easy to mix and apply
  • Fast drying
  • Apply finish floor goods in as soon as 40 minutes
  • Can be applied directly over concrete testing at RH of 100% or less per ASTM F2170
  • Can be used under moisture mitigation epoxies such as NXT Vapor Reduction Coating and Vapor Ban Primer ER
