The fine-batch mixing helix is designed for mixing very fine dry material and powders. It will lift and shear the compound quickly and efficiently, producing a consistent mix and thorough blending of colours and additives. The large 235 mm diameter of the paddle produces an increased peripheral speed which eliminates the need for high RPM mixing and helps to prevent flash curing.
