QEP's Natural Cork Underlayment is an outstanding sound barrier for all types of flooring. Besides being an environmentally friendly option, cork is also a healthy choice. It's naturally hypoallergenic and mold and mildew resistant. Natural Cork Underlayment reduces sound transmission and helps protect the floor against the transfer of stress cracks from the subfloor through to flooring surfaces. It also reduces thermal transmission, making it ideal for use with radiant heat systems. QEP Natural Cork products may contribute towards satisfying credits under the LEED Green Building Program.
