The stain reflects the predominant color of the hardwood floor and are manufactured to match the color of the molding. Please note that many factors (sanding, raw material, application method, etc.) can influence the final result of your stain. You can use the stains to touch up the moldings or stain the trims, steps and risers the same color as the moldings.
