Tarkett SureStart has set a new high-level standard with an underlayment that combines fast installation and substantial acoustic sound reduction with moisture impermeability performance. SureStart universally enhances the finished floor performance while reducing installation time and labor and decreasing the period of time when a space is out of use. SureStart provides a unique moisture impermeability barrier, dramatically slowing the rate of moisture & water vapor from passing through the underlayment to the finished flooring.
