KERDI-DS is a waterproofing and vapour barrier membrane with very low vapour permeability, making it ideal for continuous use steam showers and similar applications.

  • Waterproofing membrane and polyethylene vapour barrier in sheets
  • Prevents water infiltration that can cause mold and mildew
  • Composed of a central layer of high density polyethylene (HPDE) covered on both sides with non-woven polypropylene
  • Covered on both sides with a non-woven felt that allows anchoring in the cement-glue
  • Ideal for waterproofing wall and floor surfaces to be tiled
  • KERDI-DS is 20 mils thick and contains additives, giving it a vapor permeability of 0.19 perm
