R&D Grout Finish is a water-based polymer modified penetrating grout stain and sealer which re-colours and rejuvenates grout R&D Grout Finish forms a protective barrier against organic food stains, grease, soil and other forms of foreign deposit.

• Shake well before using
• Read all instructions thoroughly before applying
• Surface must be clean, dry and free of any sealers, repellants, efflorescence, dirt, oil, wax or grease
• Apply using roller or brush applicator in one direction along vertical grout joints, then in one direction along horizontal grout joints
• Wipe excess stain off tile surface while still wet with a slight damp sponge
• Do not allow to dry on tile face
• Allow to dry thoroughly
• A second coat may be applied 60-90 minutes later, after first coat has dried
• Protect from traffic for a minimum of 2 hours
• Protect from water for at least 24 hours
