The top hand lever permits fast extension or retraction of the tail. The bottom floor lever unlocks when the stretcher head is lifted off the floor, allowing the head to be extended or retracted. Reduces back twisting necessary to activate the buttons of an Auto-Lok tube. Works with other Junior Power Stretchers with standard size poles (1-3/4" inside diameter). Range of useful length adjustment: 2' 10-1/2" to 4' 8".
