- The Guarantee:
You can return products within 30 days of delivery and get a refund of the products purchase price subject to the following conditions (the “Guarantee”).
- Conditions of the Guarantee:
This Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
a) You must request a return of your FloorBox order within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order. To request and initiate a return process, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
b) The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it arrived at the Shipping Address.
c) The product must not have been used, modified, installed or marked in any way.
d) The Guarantee does not apply to clearance items for either partial or full orders, special orders or Custom Orders.
e) FloorBox does not accept title to orders returned by you in accordance with this Guarantee until such orders arrives back at a FloorBox warehouse and/or its warehouse services agent has confirmed, in writing, that the above conditions of the Guarantee have been satisfied.
f) Shipping costs associated to returning the goods back to FloorBox will be deducted from the full refund amount. The pick-up and shipping to return your order will be facilitated by FloorBox and their service providers.
3. Full Refund:
In order for you to receive a full refund for your order as part of the Guarantee, your order must (i) meet the conditions specified in Section 2. above and (ii) be returned in its entirety, meaning every piece of the order that you received must be returned to FloorBox. Subject to the satisfaction of the foregoing, FloorBox will arrange for pickup of the order and provide you with a full refund of the products purchase price (less the Return Shipping Costs).
- Partial Refund:
Partial refunds are not available for products purchased from FloorBox. Only full refunds will be executed, provided that (i) they meet the conditions specified in Section 2. above and (ii) that the order is returned in its entirety, meaning every piece of the order that you received must be returned to FloorBox.
